The High Anxiety Rollerball.
A blend of 100% pure essential oils of Chamomile, Clary Sage, Petitgrain, Ylang Ylang, Frankincense and Neroli. 
This blend is instant calming blend for relief of anxiety. It is in a roller for easy access to inhale from the palms at moments of acute anxiety.
HOW TO USE : I recommend rolling the oil into the palms of your hands, then cupping your hands and inhaling them through your nose. This ensures the oils are absorbed into the bloodstream via the warm skin on your palms and they simultaneously travel through the mucus in your nose to the olfactory bulb in your brain which connects to the limbic system and influences your mood and emotions.  A totally harmonizing blend. Recommended for use prior to any activity which brings anxiety to you. 
The essential oils in the High Anxiety Rollerball:
Chamomile (Chamaemelum Nobile) – aids nervous tension and stress, very calming, supports the adrenal gland. (regulates heart rate and blood pressure)
Clary Sage (Salvia Sclarea) – eases depression and nervous tension, prevents sweating.
Petitgrain (Citrus Hystrix) – helps with nervous exhaustion. Anti-depressant and calming with sedative qualities.
Ylang Ylang (Cananga Odorata Var Genuina) – soothes nervous tension and inhibits frustration. 
Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii) - meditative, slows the breathing produces feelings of calm.
