The Dream team sleep blend – the oils and why I chose them: 
Lavender (Lavendula Angustifolia) – a calming and soothing sedative oil. Known for its ability to calm anxiety and sooth the emotions. Lavender also has painkilling and anti inflammatory properties. 
Lemon (Citrus Limonum)  – sedating on the nervous system but reviving on the spirit. The citrus scent also lifts the floral lavender scent and balances this blend perfectly.
Chamomile (Chamaemelum Nobile) – a potent painkiller, anti-inflammatory and sedative. Described as the most powerful painkiller in the box.
Vetiver (Vetiveria Zizanoides)– the oil of tranquillity. A deeply relaxing sedative oil. Vetiver is also very helpful for arthritis and aches and pains. 

HOW TO USE:

Please the reeds into the diffuser bottle and allow them to absorb and diffuse the oils.

For a stronger scent gently turn the reeds occasionally. For a more subtle fragrance use fewer reeds.

Place your diffuser on a stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources (never use near candles) 

Keep away from children and pets.
